Maintenance, revision and drawings.
First place the bike on his center-stand or place the bike on a pile of bricks in such a way that the bike is stable and the front wheel is free.
Remove the endcap of the chain-guard.
(There are diferent models in use buth no pictures available)
Place the contol-lever in the choke position.
Push the fuel-filter out of the clamps.
Remove the protective cover from the carburettor.
Remove the fuel-line from the carburettor and place it on the plastic stand at the underside of the fuel-tank.
In case of a fuel crane just close the crane.
Remove the choke and throttle cable from the levers.
Remove the red protection cap from the rear-brake lever and detach the cable.
Pull the cables out of the crank-case
In case of an E-start model unplug the connectors from the starter motor and ignition.
Remove the starter rope stand from the holder.
Use two wrenches nr. 13 to losen the bolt from the exhaust and remove the bolt.
Losen the two capped wheelnuts with a wrench nr. 15.
The wheel will go automatically downwards.
By lifting the rear end of the bike you will get room to remove the chain from the sprocket wheel.
By lifting the rear end further you will get room to remove the rear wheel from the bike.
Now you can easely replace the tire or remove the engine from the wheel for revision.
To place the wheel back just follow the instructions backward.
